Meditation Mastery Course Series

Meditation Mastery is a series of online courses designed to teach you everything you need to know about meditation AND to allow you to create an easeful and ongoing practice.

The series begins with MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS which is a prerequisite for all other courses, except for Meditation for Stress, Anxiety & Trauma, which can be taken first. These two courses are now self-paced for you to take at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: you do not need to take Meditation for beginners if you have been on meditation retreat with me, or have an existing mindfulness practice and feel you have a solid understanding of the foundations of mindfulness.

The other courses within the series are run ONLINE in REAL-TIME and include live guided meditations, live Q&A's, structured course material and plentiful personal support from me.

The Art of Rest is a 4 week experiential program designed to relax and renew your entire being- body, heart, and mind- to support the meditative path. This delicious, restful program addresses one of the key hindrances to meditation- restlessness and agitation. When we are anxious or unsettled, the mind resists slowing down and being present. We can get stuck in the repetitive cycle of busyness and mindlessness, resulting in stress and anxiety. 

The Buddha's Wisdom & Mindfulness- L1

The ancient and timeless teachings of the Buddha are steeped in insight and compassion. In this course you will begin to learn this vast and freeing wisdom. We will explore who the Buddha was, what he taught and how it applies to our modern life. We will learn the establishments of mindfulness to develop insight into our lives and the nature of reality.

The 21 Day Dedicated Practice Program

The 21 Day Dedicated Practice Program is a fully supported live-online course for those who want to devote themselves to the art of daily meditation and establish a thriving home practice for good. With three weeks of live calls, daily mindfulness practices, journalling AND an optional- highly recommended- meditation day retreat at the end.
