Insight Retreat Yoga
From the 5 night Deepening Into Stillness Retreat, Wilton, 2022.
This is slow, gentle yoga that follows the Buddha’s teaching from the Satipatthana Sutta (Foundations of Mindfulness). The intention of offering this yoga here is that you can use it on a self retreat at home, or at anytime that you need a slower, more mindful practice.
WARNINGS: The quality is not fabulous, AND, may feel very very slow if you are not on retreat!
